being sick after stress

So just wanted to through some updates out there. Being sick right now, things have been very busy and overwhelimg the last 2 weeks. Beisdes being a mother and taking care of 5 kids some days, plus the house, the husband, the studio, getting everyone every where, we also teach lessons on sunday, had to speak in church last week, dealt with going back to court, another mishap situation with a ex, Tj grandfather dying and having to deal with the funeral in the middle of the week, trying to farm out the kids every where, three brithdays, and getting my team ready for comp tomorrow! really have no idea why i am sick! ha ha ya right.

So TJ is finally getting up there, he turned 29 on the 28th as did Keylee who turned 5, and kennedy who turned 8! happy brithday everyone! Keylee got 4 new pair of pants that she desperately needed, she has long legs and the skinny waist and NO butt just like her dad! so we always have to find the pants that have the tabs you can take in. Tj on the other hand got a brand new laptop! spolied, ofcourse.

I will post the viedos of comp. I am really hoping with the new judging system thing play out a little more fair for everyone. there where many team last year who got screwed over. it was weird. but hopefull we place again, i has been 2 years since we placed. So we are competeing in hip hop, jazz, and pom all this year! busy busy. but every year the team gets better and better so we shall see if the favoritism last this year or not!

Ambers Finally getting married!

SNOW SNOW

PIcutred below Brinlee and Kelyee day 1 of the storm at grandmas house in Pinetop

Picture below day 3 storm brothers car under there!

so last week we had the snow storm of all storm, in the last 15 years! mom ended up with 5 feet and we had about a foot. sunrise ski area is still closed as they are reporting 9 feet on the roads up there.

Its hard to believe until you see it!

So Brinlee and Keylee got snowed in here with us, which is fine! to bad it can be permanent and blake and amilee got stuck down in the valley. But out of all school weeks amilee could miss this would be it! They had no school Monday full day Tuesday 2 hours late wed. and Thur. and no school Friday!

So it worked out really good i guess. I am now seeing the girls change and improve alot. This time we only had one small incidence on lying and not listening. But other then that it was please and thank yous, sharing, helping me and each other, reading books and playing games, playing in the snow and best of all going to church. the are soft spoken in our house, maybe because that's how we all are to each other, They brush their teeth morning and night, we do fun hair and they love getting dressed for some reason in there own separate places in there closet.

They love to watch the church videos we got, the book of Mormon and bible ones. and we love them repeating the story line to us. it tell us its sticking!

We actually had to leave church early to take them back and Brinlee asked if they could stay and go to primary instead! What! yes!

WE sincerely pray for each and every one of our kids when they are away from us. Kids grow up repeating what they see, so all our kids are going to be faced with challenges and choice in there life. Tj and i have talked so many time about it and have come to the conclusion all we can to is our best and that's living the standards of the church (not that there is a perfect person) But we read scripture and take them to church and pray together and talk about things like the word of wisdom and dress modestly and that way at least we can say we tried everything we possibly could!

Just read the PROCLAMATION to the family, we will be held accountable for how we raise our kids, ouch that might hurt, hopefully not!

WELCOME 2010!!!!!!!!!!

So this is going to be the best year yet. TJ is back out working at the power plant full time, money is good, you know to at least pay bills!

The baby is growing fast and our kids are all meshing well now. They are actually looking forward to seeing each other again.instead of scared of each or mean to each other. The girls adapt so well now when they come. they look forward to Sundays and going to church. there favorite thing to say to each other is "you get what you get and you don't throw a fit." and for the most part they don't throw fits any more. maybe once every few months. there are some nights our kids will sit at the dinner table for 2 hours after everyone is done until there food is all gone. but it doesn't take long for kids to figure out if they want to play they need to eat at the allotted time.

we are working hard on being very consistent in everything from schedules to eating times to night times and discipline. I think that's whats helping everything run so smooth here.

kids adapt well to consistency and they are more calm and loving to each other and us.

so we are looking forward to the 2010 year.

We are just waiting for the few final step and we are headed to the temple to get sealed! we got to bypass some stuff since things got over complicated, the stake president said press forward thing got out of hand. so he wrote his statement and we moved on, some things i am not meant to understand in this life. But the bishop assured me its OK. we are not supposed and everything happens in it own due time.

we have set some pretty efficient goals for the 2010 years. we are wanting to finish our food storage for our family we are about half way there which is alot considering there are 7 of us to cover.

We are obviously going to get sealed and we are working on other things more personal and private. all i can say is the more we got to the temple together the better our relationship keeps getting and the more we take time to do family home evening the more our kids are learning about the gospel. and according the the family: a proclamation to the world that is our obligation. husbands and wives had a responsibility to raise our kids in righteousness and the scary part. is we will be held accountable for not doing it. so we are taking that more serious then ever.

So that's our 2010 start.

we where talking on the way home from a long drive and my husband said "this is the best he has ever had it" translate that however but it was a touching moment. I agree this is one of the best times in my life also. being a mom is all i wanted and Tj is a great dad. He really does love his kids so much. I know because every prayer includes them each and every one.
